The cost of my services will vary according to the type of document, its length, the work and deadline required, and how technical the language is. For a fair assessment of your project, please contact me.


CALCULATING THE NUMBER OF WORDS OR CHARACTERS
- To calculate the number of words or characters contained in a Word document without footnotes, I use the word counter built into Microsoft Word. You can then easily verify the count indicated in your quote, by selecting <Tools> in the toolbar, then <Word Count> from the dropdown menu.

- To calculate the number of words or characters contained in any other type of document, I use FineCount - a freeware tool available from the Tilti Systems website.


MINIMUM CHARGE AND URGENT RATE
A minimum charge of 15 euros applies to all orders.
A surcharge will apply to "rush" orders.
If the surcharge is deemed applicable, I will let you know before accepting the work and you will be asked to approve the quote before work can commence.


DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
All documents will be submitted by e-mail as a soft copy attachment, preferably in MS Word (.doc) format. Where tables or images cannot be edited directly in the source document, a separate translation of these will be supplied to you (text only, in Word format). Large files should be compressed using WinZip or WinRAR prior to sending.

I will always respect the confidential nature of your documents; total discretion is assured.
