Translations are often billed on a per-word basis, taking into account the:
- number of words in the original (source) document,
- level of difficulty,
- file format,
- deadline required,
- end use of the text.
This is generally considered a fair way for both parties to determine cost, but in some circumstances it is not a realistic or viable solution. In those cases, I will determine a “per project” fee.
The other services I provide can be billed by:
- the hour,
- the half day, the full day, or some other type of package.
The rates quoted below are given as an indication only. They do not include any taxes that may apply.
